SHIPPING POLICIES

Warehoused items ship within 2 to 3 days. Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require more time. If you have chosen a custom-made item, our goal is to ship within 2 to 3 weeks. We are aware that once an order is made, you are anxious to receive it. All our artists do their best to ship as quickly as possible. But if an item is custom-made, it may require more time. We appreciate your patience and understanding that works of art take time to create even in this fast-paced world we live in. If time is of the essence, please email or call for a delivery quote.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours. If you do NOT receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately so that we may follow-up on your order.

We do our best to update the site with out-of-stock items. If you make a purchase of an item that is out of stock, your order will be placed on back-order and your card will be charged at the time your item is shipped. If time is of the essence, please call ahead to make sure we can ship the item promptly.

Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your boxes in good shape with as little marking as possible. Some items may require a restocking fee.

Our shipping calculator only applies to shipments made to the 48 contiguous United States. For information concerning shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States, please contact Garden Artisans. We double-check all shipping fees assessed and will refund shipping when applicable.

Once you have placed an item into your shopping cart, to calculate your shipping charges, go to "view cart" in the upper-right hand side of the website. Once there, enter your zip code and choose your shipping method. Shipping fees will be displayed. If it displays that you will be contacted, it is because the items in your cart cannot reasonably be calculated through our shopping cart. We will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order.
