Detailed Description
The "Maid In The Mud" Garden Sprite is a life-size cast sandstone replica of one of the many such sculptures designed by Wright and sculpted by Alfonzo Ianelli that adorned the walls of Midway Gardens in Chicago, Illinois.
(1913) 67" high and 11-1/2" square
Nichols Bros. has been authorized to reproduce this sculpture by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation Taliesin West, Scottsdale, Arizona. This item has been developed with the cooperation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio Foundation and the Robie House, museum properties of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. A portion of this sale supports the conservation and education programs of these institutions.
Offered in four color options: Creme, terra cotta, limestone and pewter.
