The Amalfi Shade Umbrella seems to float freely because the mast is outside the central point and therefore outside your field of vision when guests are gathered around the table. The shade can be rotated easily 360 degrees in the stand and its powerful arm lifts the shade high above the table. The crank mechanism on the Amalfi shade is both secure and easy to use and is ideal for large and therefore heavy shades. Let go of the crank when opening or closing and the shade will remain in its position. The crank is detachable.

The Amalfi shade can be used with our sheet stand extra, wall mount, ground sleeve or screw-on stand.

Offered in a round or square shape and many different sizes. As with all Caravita umbrella systems, you get an aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware. The frame is offered in 3 standard colors but custom colors are available with upcharge.

Rod & Frame

All Caravita® rod and frames are crafted from aluminum and stainless steel hardware ensuring you never have to worry about rust. The massive aluminum hub is powder coated to match the mast finish. In addition, the Amalfi comes with premium features such as a leveling bracket and specially designed foot pedal for easy-to-rotate coverage. Comes with a 10-year warranty.

Do I need a wind hood? In light wind, a Caravita shade without a wind hood is secure and stable. In case of strong wind, always close your shade with or without a wind roof.

The sewed-on Wind Hood rests on the shade and is lifted with wind, thus reducing wind force.

All umbrella bases and wind roofs are sold separately. Pricing does not include base or wind roof. You must purchase these items separately. Included with your purchase of umbrella is a complimentary protective bag.
